We deliver pan-India from our studio in Pune. Every candle is handmade to order, so your delivery time is our making time plus the courier time to your pincode. You get a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Metro cities such as Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata usually arrive at the faster end of their range. Remote pincodes, festive rush and bad weather can add 1–3 days. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery address
Please check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, or because no one was available to receive it, a return (RTO) charge of ₹80 applies. Re-shipping is charged at the rates above.
Damage in transit
Every candle is packed with protective inserts and checked before dispatch. Please record an uncut unboxing video when you open your parcel. If it shows damage, send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement. See our Refund policy for details.
